  7.      I, Robert Whitacre, residing at New Finland, Minnesota, being
  8. of sound mind and in the contemplation of the certainty of death,
  9. do hereby declare this instrument to be my last will and
  10. testament.

  16.     I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils.

  35. If none of my children survive me, I give all the rest and residue
  36. of my estate to my grandson Eric. If neither Winthrop, Gladys,
  37. Erica nor my grandson Eric, survives me, I give all the rest and
  38. residue of my estate to my heirs as determined by the laws of the
  39. State of Minnesota, relating to descent and distribution.

  43.      I appoint Ysef Arabi, to act as the executor of this will, to
  44. serve without bond. Should Ysef Arabi be unable or unwilling to
  45. serve, then I appoint Samuel Kight to act as the executor of this
